Tech24
Connecting Ākonga and the Tech Sector – Leading Through Our Digital Future. This event is organised in partnership with the Ministry of Education, MOTAT and Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, and supported by NZTech and aims to inspire secondary school learners to consider a career in technology.
For learners from years 9 to 13, Tech24 features interactive stations where students can engage with tech first-hand. This is a unique opportunity to touch, see, feel and imagine a future in tech.
Tech24 is designed to spark inspiration by:
- Showcasing tech innovation and creativity
- Providing hands-on tech experiences
- Providing insights into leading tech companies to better understand ‘what they do’
- Engaging in authentic storytelling of tech careers
