Sunrise Aotearoa ’22

FinTEchNZ are proud to be a community partner for Sunrise Aotearoa next month! Hosted on September 6 at ASB Waterfront in Auckland, Sunrise is a startup festival by Blackbird and is a love letter to startups and the people who build them.

Now, more than ever, we need wild hearts to pave the way. Every one of us must set to work on building the future. Sunrise exists to inspire the next generation of wild hearts.

Sunrise is a startup festival by our friends at Blackbird Ventures and this will be the second edition of Sunrise in NZ after its sold-out debut in 2019.

Over a day of inspiration and provocations, the program includes:

• the minds behind NZ’s most ambitious startups, including Craig Piggott of Halter, Alliv Samson of Kami, Vaughan Fergusson of Vend and Fia Jones of Astrix Astronautics
• more than 300 attendees who identify as founders or aspiring founders keen to meet potential investors
• exclusive festival app that uses AI to make suggestions for people to meet and connect with during the festival
