What: The event is to encourage M?ori and Pasifika girls to learn about the exciting opportunities that lie in the IT and tech industry. Get hands on with the latest technology and try your hand at some coding – no experience required! Plus listen to some inspirational females in tech and their experiences in the industry. There will be lunch and giveaways on the day!
Parent participation is highly encouraged at the beginning of the day at 9.30am, as well as for the career panel discussion at 2.30pm onward.
When: 9.30am Saturday 10 June 2017 – Finish at 3.30pm.
Where: MIT Manukau, Corner Manukau Station Rd and Davies Ave, Manukau.
