We know local tech businesses can play a greater role in Aotearoa New Zealand’s climate plans.
Previously, we have highlighted the technology gap and now have support from the Government for research into a Climate Technology Roadmap to accelerate our transition to a low emissions economy. This research includes setting the direction, identifying opportunities, developing focus areas and actions for the public/private sector.
To inform this work, we need your help to identify technologies (digital, biotech, deep tech, hi-tech manufacturing and others) that will make a greater contribution to the country’s emissions reduction requirements.
We have prepared a short survey and your response is greatly appreciated, so please share your views.
Your insights will enable us to pinpoint valuable opportunities and address changes to enable a greater contribution from New Zealand tech.
